Biography

Principal at Cwarel Isaf Institute and independent consultant based in Toronto. She worked with Stafford Beer from the early 1980s until his death in 2002. Former President of Metaphorum, the American Society for Cybernetics, and the International Society for Systems Science. She applies cybernetic approaches including the Viable System Model, Team Syntegrity, and Operations Room design in nonprofit and business organizations.
