Submission Guidelines

We invite researchers and practitioners to submit abstracts for consideration in the MPH 2026 program. Submissions should present original research or compelling case studies relevant to the conference tracks.

Submission Process

  1. Prepare your abstract (max 250 words).

    Authors are invited to submit abstracts that align with the conference themes and contribute to meaningful scholarly and professional discussion.

    Abstract Requirements

    Abstracts must include the following elements:

    • Author(s) Information: Full name, Affiliation, Email address of author(s)
    • Title: Clear and concise title of the abstract
    • Purpose: Background, aim, or objective of the study/project
    • Methods: Brief description of the methodology, approach, or process used
    • Findings: Key findings, outcomes, or expected results (where applicable)
    • Implications/Contributions: Significance, practical implications, or contribution to knowledge/practice
    • Keywords: 5-7 keywords

    Formatting Requirements

    • Maximum 250 words (excluding title, author information, and keywords)
    • Language: Clear, professional English
    • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
    • Spacing: 1.5 line spacing
    • Use professional, respectful, and academically appropriate language.

    Evaluation Criteria

    Submitted abstracts will be reviewed based on:

    • Relevance to the conference themes
    • Clarity, coherence, and quality of content
    • Suitability for discussion and engagement at the conference
    • Professional and respectful language
    • Clear presentation of topic, methodology, findings, and contributions
    • Avoid promotional, commercial, or inappropriate language
    • Be original work and avoid plagiarism or copyrighted material without proper permission.
  2. Ensure you have speaker bios ready.
